About your Photographer

My name is Emily Heather, and I am the artist behind the lens of Silver & Sage Photography. I am a bit unfiltered, opinionated and emotionally driven, yet my heart searches for the beauty, kindness and collective healing of our society. What fuels the fire in my soul is empowering other women. Through my journey as a Photographer, I’ve found myself in a beautiful dance between honouring my creativity, and using my artistry as a catalyst for change. I truly believe "empowered women, empower women."

I've always had a passion for some form of artistry for as long as I can remember, whether that be drawing, painting, anything that I feel like I can create with my heart & soul. When I pick up my camera, my goal is not just to capture a photo. I want that photo to make you feel everything I feel within the image. I want it to move you, for you to feel it with your soul, as I do.

When I'm not doing Photography, I'm also a proud mama bear to 3 beautiful girls, so I've probably forgotten what it's like not to not live in constant chaos! I have an amazing partner who always knows what to say to make me laugh. I love caffeine, empowering other women, corny jokes and all things raw, real, genuine and full of soul!
